You agree to use the Service only to submit requests for reviews, advice, for information and to offer feedback or comments. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Service, or the resale

that occur under your account or password, including the content of your
submissions to the Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation,

any portion thereof other than in the context of your use of the Service
as permitted under the TOS.
Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses,
Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or any other harmful or
deleterious programs.
Transmit or upload any material that contains software
or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy
or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the
rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service
or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other
accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through
password mining or any other means.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations including,
without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data
or software exported from Canada and/or the United States through the service.
Interfere with another visitor's or member's use and enjoyment of
the Service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar
services.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTE: There are currently no criminal laws against
the non-fraudulent sending of unsolicited commercial email ("SPAM")
in the United States. However, other countries have passed
laws against this form of marketing, so non-US residents

We will not knowingly link to -- nor to we encourage visits from -- anyone whose intention on the internet is to mislead others, to operate or utilize a website or e-mail link to websites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or that offer any illegal good or service, and/or engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email, or engage in cybersquatting or typosquatting.
Evalu8.org has no obligation to monitor the Service or any visitor's use
thereof or retain the content of any user submission. However, evalu8.org
reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose
any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation,

Visitors relinquish copyright to any unsolicited content, reviews, comments or other material submitted to evalu8.org, except when transmitted by prior agreement-to-publish by a member of evalu8.org's editorial board or Managing Director.
